There is no guarantee of continuous operation

Service is generally stable, but there is no promise of full uptime; large updates, server work, or security checks can affect it.

During system updates, some features load slowly.
Performance may vary on different networks.
If you notify the support team, your issue is documented.

Usage and region-based limits in Bangladesh

Some features operate under different rules by country or region; in Bangladesh, local network, profile verification, and server routing may behave differently.

Rocket, Nagad, and bKash-based verification is usually fast, but not every device is the same, so Dhaka users' experience may differ slightly from other cities.

Access may be restricted in countries or regions that are not authorized.
Features may change if local policies change.
If in doubt, check the Help page.
